“In a world where fantasy is cherished, reality is disdained. Be that someone who sees the beauty in a toad”

We live in a world of visuals. Everything melt down to physical beauty. We fantasize, so much, about the outward appearance.

How fine the face.

How six the packs.

How busty the breasts.

How filtered the photos.

How pouted the lips.

How bearded the bloke.

How light the skin.

How thick the hips.

How layered the makeup.

How rich the man.

How sexy the lady.

How this the that. & that the this.

We tend to forget that real beauty lies within. In. The. Heart. Generally known as ‘inner beauty’.

Amidst this world of lusty eyes, there is a handful of earthlings who’d rather be with someone who appreciates their outer beauty, but understands that it pales in comparison to their loving, genuine heart.

Someone who understands that your perfect skin will someday wrinkle and your beautiful hair will someday thin.

Someone who understands that it’s not the photos that are important, but the memories you are creating while taking them.

Someone who truly loves and accepts you for who you are today, while they support you on your journey to become who you’ve always dreamed of being.

Someone who isn’t all about that which appeals to the eyes only, but also blushes at your unusual display of wisdom, wit, humour, affection.

Someone who is not driven by the outward beauty with which many mask their inner demons.

Someone who sees the beauty in a toad.

Be. That. Someone.
