Glee greetings, dear reader. Kedụ?

But na only who don read all my soon-to-be-30 editions of November Joy Series go win am. Today is the 25th. How many have you read and given feedback on?

Anyho, let’s dive into today’s musing.

I want to share with you a note by Charlotte Freeman. It touched my heart and inspired me to write this newsletter. Here is the message:

“I hope you are learning to give yourself the credit you deserve. I hope you are beginning to recognize just how strong you are for pulling yourself through each and every difficult time in your life. I hope you allow this realization to walk with you, alongside any obstacles or roadblocks you might encounter along your journey. I hope you know just how capable you are and that no matter how challenging a situation may seem, you have the courage to keep moving, to keep growing, and to keep healing. I hope you can look in the mirror and say, “I’m proud of you” and really mean it. And above all, I hope you realize just how incredible you are, and just how much you deserve your own love.”

– Charlotte Freeman

What a beautiful and uplifting note, right? I want to thank the person who shared it on Facebook, and I want to echo Charlotte’s words to you.

You see, sometimes we are so hard on ourselves. We focus on our flaws, our mistakes, and our failures. We compare ourselves to others, and we feel inadequate. We forget to appreciate our achievements, our strengths, and our gifts. We forget to celebrate our progress, our growth, our resilience. We forget to smile!

But we need to remember that we are human beings, not human doings. We are not defined by what we do, but by who we are. We are not measured by our performance, but by our potential. We are not valued by our results, but by our efforts. How satisfying!

And we are amazing. We are unique. We are worthy. We are enough. We are happy.

Scrap that!

I am amazing! I am unique! I am worthy! I am enough! I am happy!

Yes, personalisation of such daily confessions does the magic. You might want to say it again, .

So, today, I want to invite you to be proud of yourself. To acknowledge how far you have come, how much you have overcome, how much you have learned, how much you have contributed and committed, and how much you have loved.

I want you to look in the mirror and say, “I’m proud of you” and really mean it.

I want you to realise just how incredible you are and just how much you deserve your own love.

Because you do. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be joyful. You deserve to be grateful.

And you deserve to be proud! Because you sef don try 🙌

That’s all for today. I hope this newsletter has encouraged you and inspired you. I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Until then, stay joyful, stay grateful, and stay proud.

With ❤️
