Finding Peace and Closure in the Midst of Challenges
Dear reader,
I hope this finds you in good health and high spirits. Today, I want to address something that often goes unspoken but weighs heavily on many hearts (I am one amongst the many hearts).

Life can be challenging, and we often find ourselves grappling with inner struggles that we cannot voice out in public. If you’re going through such a phase, I want you to know that you are not alone.
I understand that limitations, pain, lacks, betrayals, losses, and heartbreaks can cut deep, leaving lasting scars and causing various forms of trauma. The weight of these experiences can sometimes lead to overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and even panic attacks. During these dark moments, it may feel as if hope has abandoned you, and the world seems bleak.
However, even in the midst of these trials, I want to encourage you to hold on. Take a moment to breathe and give yourself the break you deserve. Sometimes, we need to pause and allow ourselves the time and space to heal. Remember that healing is not a linear process, and it takes time. Be patient with yourself.
In this journey, it is important to find peace and seek closure. Closure does not always mean finding answers or resolving every aspect of our pain. It can be accepting that certain things may never be fully understood or resolved, and finding peace within ourselves despite the unanswered questions. Seek closure in the ways that feel right for you, whether it’s through music, self-reflection, prayers, affirmations, intimacy with your partner, or connecting with supportive communities.
During these challenging times, it is crucial to lean on your faith, whatever that may be for you. Whether you believe in a creator God, the universe, or the strength within yourself, find comfort in the knowledge that you are not alone. Draw strength from your spirituality and trust that things will work together for your good.

I want to remind you that there is always hope, even when it feels like there isn’t. Keep your head held high and your heart open to the possibilities that lie ahead. Life has a way of surprising us, and just when we least expect it, a ray of light can break through the darkness. Have faith that God will come through for you when the time is right. His time is always right!
In closing, I want to leave you with a I-wish-it-is-poetry poem. I used the first person pronoun and POV so that you’d read it as yourself. Leggo!!!
in the knowledge that
i am stronger than my
fantacy & real strength
combined, i shall seek solace
& tap tirelessly timelessly in this
resilience to overcome the challenges i face
May peace find its way into your heart, bringing you the closure and healing you seek. Remember, brighter days are on the horizon, and you have the strength to weather the storm.
With ❤️,
